The detailed 57 page court ruling made it clear that "former President Trump is not immune from prosecution," and that "Trump's alleged efforts to remain in power despite losing the 2020 election were, if proven, an unprecedented assault on the structure of our government." The court warned that "Trump's stance would collapse our system of separation of powers by placing the President beyond the reach of all three Branches." They rejected Trump's claim of "absolute presidential immunity", and the Court ruled "for the purpose of this criminal case, former President Trump has become citizen Trump.”

So when Taylor Swift was awarded Time Person of the Year for her 2023 billion dollar Eras Tour, Trump had one of his famous temper tantrums. And now that Taylor Swift is dating KC Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce, MAGA World has been going nuts with conspiracy theories that Taylor Swift is a pentagon "psyop asset" and that the Super Bowl is fixed as part of a deep state plot to re-elect President Biden.
The Emperor Without Clothes
Trump tried to bully the judge, the jury and his rape victim. Now, he must pay $83.3 million for defaming E. Jean Carroll.
After a jury ordered Trump to pay $83.3 million for defamation, E. Jean Carroll vows to donate the money to “something Donald Trump hates” such as “a fund for the women who have been sexually assaulted by Donald Trump.” Carroll accused Trump of using the courtroom as a “campaign stop… using the woman he sexually assaulted to get votes.” Seeing Trump in the courtroom Carroll described Trump as “nothing” with “no power.” She added, “it’s just the people around him who give him the power. It’s the emperor without clothes.”
Trump's Temper Tantrums
Trump goes into a public rage after the New Hampture primary, so the RNC is considering a meaningless motion to declare Trump the "presumptive nominee".
Donald Trump is a bully who goes into a tsge when confronted by strong women. Trump testifies in court to bully and belittle E. Jean Carroll, the woman who already proved in federal court that Trump raped her. Then, Trump throws a temper tantrum against GOP rival Nikki Halley who called Trump “insecure”, as retaliation of course Trump threatened her donors that they were “permanently barred from the MAGA camp.” He even attacked his former press secretary, Keyleigh McEnany as a RINO (Republican in Name Only) after she commented on Fox News that New Hampshire was a “good night for Joe Biden.”
Complete and Total Immunity
Trump is on his usual delusions. In his mind, nothing can take him down—not even criminal trials or widely seen recordings circulated from the past couple of years—all under the mistake belief of “presidential immunity”.
During his second defamation trial Trump couldn’t help himself from his usual snide comments and claims of a “witch hunt”, which almost got himself kicked out of the trial. Mika Brzenzinski describes it perfectly, “Through this trial, you really are reminded what a vile, disgusting person Donald Trump is.” Trump and his lawyers, in defense of his 91 criminal charges, have also asserted—and Trump has posted this himself on Truth Social—that “a president of the United States must have fill immunity, without which it would be very impossible for him/her to properly function.”
On the Eve of Jan 6th

Three years after the Capitol Insurrection and months before primary elections take place, Trump has been barred by states from appearing on their ballots. Four years after a high profile child sex trafficker died in prison, Trump is publicly named as one of his repeat guests. Today, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear Trump's appeal to get back on Colorado's ballot.
A New Year, A New Lie
As we welcome the new year, we're also sure to welcome more of Trump's lies and hateful rhetoric. It's only a couple days into the year and Trump's hasn't disappointed.
Despite his own investigator debunking any instances of voter fraud, Trump is still undeterred and continuing with his baseless accusations. His argument against the Maine ruling barring him from 2024 ballot is that the Main Secretary of State “abused her discretion and relied on ‘untrustworthy evidence.’”
We'll Take Care of That
Within 30 minutes of Wayne County Board of Canvassers voting to certify the 2020 election, Donald Trump called the two Republican members promising them attorneys if they refused to sign the official documents.
16 people have already been charged in Michigan for signing paperwork falsely asserting that Trump had won the state in 2020. Now a tape has surfaced of Trump pressuring two Republican members of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers to not sign the official documents as is required by law. Also on the call, Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel is heard saying they would look ""terrible"" if they signed the papers and that ""we will get you attorneys."" To which Trump added: ""We'll take care of that."
Colorado Disqualifies Trump for Insurrection
The Colorado Supreme Court determined that the “undisputed” evidence “established that President Trump engaged in insurrection,” and therefore “is disqualified from holding the office of the President.”
Ignore the GOP spin and read the Colorado Supreme Court decision: "We concluded that the foregoing evidence, the great bulk of which was undisputed at trial, established that President Trump engaged in insurrection." As result the Court ruled that, "Trump is disqualified from holding the office of Present under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States. Because he is disqualified, it would be a wrongful act under the Election Code for the Colorado Secretary of State to list him as a candidate on the presidential primary ballot.”
Trump and Putin Sitting in a Tree
GOP leaders defend Donald Trump who continues his very public bromance with the most ruthless, hateful dictators around the world.
Trump continues to blame immigrants for "poisoning the blood of our country" and in the same breath praises ruthless dictators such as Vladamir Putin, Xi Jinping and Kim Jong Un as ""brilliant"" and "strong leaders" who are "very fond" of him. Former GOP Gov. Chris Christie blasts Republicans for their silence and called Trump "Disgusting," adding “He’s becoming crazier. And now he’s citing Vladimir Putin as a character witness.”
Justice Delayed is Justice Denied
Donald Trump's legal strategy is to delay criminal and civil responsibility beyond the 2024 elections by dragging out lower court rulings that have rejected his dubious claims of presidential immunity.
Special Prosecutor Jack Smith has asked the Supreme Court to follow their own precedent established 50 years ago in an 8-0 ruling on United States v. Nixon (1974) and grant an expedited hearing on Trump’s claim of ""absolute immunity."" Unfortunately, this is the same Supreme Court that ignored 50 years of precedent when they overturned Roe v. Wade. As MLK wrote 60 years ago in his landmark Letter from Birmingham Jail, ""justice too long delayed is justice denied.
Trump's Early Christmas Present
To appease a vengeful Trump, every Republican in the House voted along party lines and approved a politically motivated impeachment inquiry that lacks either evidence or charges.
Before going home for the holidays, House Republicans gave Trump what he wanted most for Christmas, unanimously voting to open a formal impeachment inquiry into Joe Bidden. Even Fox & Friends co-anchor Steve Doocy blamed Republicans for acting without evidence saying, "they have not shown where Joe Biden did anything illegally.” President Biden called out Republicans for failing to do "anything to help make Americans’ lives better" and for wasting taxpayer's time and money on a "baseless political stunt that even Republicans in Congress admit is not supported by facts.”
No Heart, No Courage, No Brains
After his humiliating ousting as Speaker, Kevin McCathy is resigning from Congress because he lacked the heart, courage, or brains to stand up to the Wizard of Lies in Mar-a-Lago.
NO HEART: Former GOP Congressman Joe Walsh said of McCarthy, “He’s a hollow man. His only reason for being is the pursuit of power, his only guide is his personal ambition.”
NO COURAGE: Even the ultra conservative National Review blasted McCarthy for failing to stand up to Donald Trump with the headline “Where Is the Courage?”
NO BRAINS: McCarthy lacked the brains to realize what former congressman and MAGA loyalist Mo Brooks learned the hard way, “Donald Trump has no loyalty to anyone or anything but himself.”
If You Like Criminals
As the courts try to hold Trump and his accomplices accountable for attempting a coup, his supporters are planning to install Trump as a gangster president.
It’s hard to track all the criminal activity surrounding Trump. Ten fake Trump electors in Wisconsin admit Biden won on the same day that 6 fake Nevada electors are criminally charged. GOP Speaker MAGA Mike is blurring faces of January 6 insurrectionists caught on tape to shield them from being “charged by the DOJ.” And in a town hall interview, Trump jokes about being a dictator and compares himself to Al Capone, saying “he was one of the greatest of all time, if you like criminals.”
The Hypocrisy of GOP Free Speech
Trump and his MAGA allies claim free speech when they lie to voters and threaten their political enemies—and then they want to silence their critics.
Recent news is exposing the hypocrisy of GOP free speech, to avoid accountability for spreading lies that encourage violence. An appeals court rejected Trump's argument that he is immune from legal accountability for inciting the violence on January 6. A second court reinstated a gag order that prevents Trump from intimidating court personnel with lies that have resulted in multiple death threats. And despite a detailed and scathing House Ethics report, a majority of House Republicans voted against expelling George Santos for lying to voters and stealing campaign funds.
The Orange Jesus
Liz Cheney exposes the cynical hypocrisy of the Republican Party leadership for lying to the public about 2020 election fraud knowing “it was a farce” and “another public display of fealty to Donald Trump.”
In "Oath and Honor," Liz Cheney denounces Republican leaders as “enablers and collaborators” to the “the most dangerous man ever to inhabit the Oval Office.” Cheney describes congressional GOP members being pressured to sign electoral vote objection sheets to appease Trump's damaged ego. Just before signing, GOP Congressman Mark Green complained under his breath, "The things we do for the Orange Jesus.”
We Are Just Going to Stay in Power
Trump's former attorney testified under oath that Trump intended to stay in the White House even after the Supreme Court rejected Trump's election challenges.
Jenna Ellis was one of Trump’s top coup attorneys who agreed to testify against her former boss. In leaked video testimony, Ellis relates how Dan Scavino, Trump’s former White House Deputy Chief of Staff, boasted that Trump had no intention of leaving power—even after exhausting all legal challenges. According to Ellis’s sworn testimony, Scavino told her at a White House holiday party that, “The boss is not going to leave under any circumstances. We are just going to stay in power.”
Echos of Hitler and Mussolini
Trump and his far right supporters are following the fascist playbook by promising to "root out the communists, Marxists, fascists and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country.”
Historians are warning that Trump describing his political enemies as "vermin", and promising the mass deportation of immigrants he blames for “poisoning the blood of our country" is the same language used by Mussolini and Hitler to dehumanize and kill millions of people. Jason Stanley, Yale expert on facism and propaganda, called Trump's rhetoric "textbook Mein Kampf." Political Scientist Brian Klaas said “we are sleepwalking towards authoritarianism," and Presidential historian Jon Meacham warned that Trump is walking "through the door toward the most ghastly kinds of crimes.”
Voters Reject MAGA Extremism - Again!
Trump's Republican Party keeps losing elections as voters—especially women—reject GOP candidates and make protecting reproductive health a top priority.
When the Supreme Court overturned 50 years of reproductive freedom, it was a wake up call for voters that Trump, MAGA extremism, and the GOP culture war is a threat to everyone. Voters handed Trump's GOP yet another embarrassing loss, including passing reproductive rights in Ohio and rejecting anti-abortion candidates across the country. Democrats won key elections including the Governor’s race in Kentucky, securing majorities in the Virginia statehouse, and electing the first woman mayor of Philadelphia.
This Is Not a Political Rally
Donald Trump was unable to answer the basic questions at the heart of his $250 Million fraud trial, so instead he tried to bully the judge and prosecutors.
Testifying under oath, Trump evaded directly answering questions and lashed out angrily at court proceedings repeating his campaign lies and conspiracy theories. Without offering evidence, Trump boasted he was worth “billions more” than the financial statements. From the witness stand, Trump shockingly called the judge biased and the state attorney general a “fraud” and “political hack.” A frustrated Judge Engoron asked Trump’s attorneys, “can you control your client” and warned Trump, “this is not a political rally.”
