If You Like Criminals
As the courts try to hold Trump and his accomplices accountable for attempting a coup, his supporters are planning to install Trump as a gangster president.
It’s hard to track all the criminal activity surrounding Trump. Ten fake Trump electors in Wisconsin admit Biden won on the same day that 6 fake Nevada electors are criminally charged. GOP Speaker MAGA Mike is blurring faces of January 6 insurrectionists caught on tape to shield them from being “charged by the DOJ.” And in a town hall interview, Trump jokes about being a dictator and compares himself to Al Capone, saying “he was one of the greatest of all time, if you like criminals.”
The Orange Jesus
Liz Cheney exposes the cynical hypocrisy of the Republican Party leadership for lying to the public about 2020 election fraud knowing “it was a farce” and “another public display of fealty to Donald Trump.”
In "Oath and Honor," Liz Cheney denounces Republican leaders as “enablers and collaborators” to the “the most dangerous man ever to inhabit the Oval Office.” Cheney describes congressional GOP members being pressured to sign electoral vote objection sheets to appease Trump's damaged ego. Just before signing, GOP Congressman Mark Green complained under his breath, "The things we do for the Orange Jesus.”
Republicans: Defund the IRS
House Republicans reveal their top legislative priority: protecting wealthy tax cheats by gutting funding for IRS enforcement.
Apparently House Republicans are blind to irony. In the same week that Trump and his family are testifying in court for committing financial fraud, House Republicans announce a plan to protect the wealthiest tax cheats by cutting $14 billion in funding for IRS enforcement, in order to pay for aid to Israel. Defunding the IRS will add billions to the federal budget by allowing unscrupulous corporations and wealthy individuals to defraud the American people by not paying their fair share of taxes.
A Cornered Rat
As Trump's legal problems are closing in on him, he has escalated his violent threats against court officers, reporters, and his political opponents.
Winston Churchill warned of desperate men, saying, "Even a cornered rat is dangerous." Recent court rulings have exposed Trump as a liar and fraud. In response, Trump has lashed out with increasingly violent threats, including calling for the execution of General Milley. Trump's claims of persecution have resulted in death threats against judges, criminal prosecutors and the FBI. Trump's former chief of staff, John Kelly recently warned that Trump is "A person that has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the rule of law."
The Republican Civil War
Kevin McCarthy is removed as House speaker by MAGA extremists who are determined to follow Trump's orders to shut down the government.
This is the first time in US history that the speaker of the House has been removed from office. McCarthy angered members of both parties, who accused the speaker of being untrustworthy. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries called out House Republicans for embracing “chaos, dysfunction and extremism,” and said that it is the "the responsibility of the GOP members to end the House Republican Civil War."
Wholly Without Basis in Law or Fact
A New York Judge rules that Trump repeatedly committed fraud and is liable for defrauding banks and insurers for inflating his net worth by billions to secure fraudulent business loans.
Trump can lie to his supporters, but there are real world consequences for lying to the courts and committing financial fraud. Justice Arthur Engoron has ruled that Trump, two of his children and two company executives are liable for submitting fraudulent business statements and has ordered the cancellation of Trump's business certificates. The judge has also sanctioned Trump and his attorneys for repeating "frivolous arguments," and sworn depositions that are "wholly without basis in law or fact.”
Trump's To-Do List
Trump's cavalier mishandling of our nation's most sensitive secrets was further revealed by a longtime assistant who told federal investigators that Trump frequently used classified documents to write to-do lists.
It is disturbing that Trump used White House documents clearly marked classified to write to-do lists. What is more disturbing is imagining what is on Trump's to-do list:
1. Threaten retribution against judges, prosecutors and my political enemies.
2. Post racist, sexist, and anti-semitic messages to my fake social media platform.
3. Destroy American Democracy.
Move The F**king Motion
Kevin McCarthy loses his cool as right wing extremists of his own Party challenge his leadership with threats to remove McCarthy as Speaker.
Kevin McCarthy is between a rock and hard place. Matt Gaetz and MAGA extremists are are demanding a government shutdown to force unpopular budget cuts, while swing district Republicans fear that path is political suicide. In a closed-door meeting, a frustrated McCarthy dared the members of his own caucus to follow through on their threats saying, “If you think you scare me because you want to file a motion to vacate, move the fucking motion!”
Red Meat for the Extreme Rightwing
To save his job, Speaker McCarthy caves to the rightwing extremists and orders an impeachment inquiry into Bidden without holding a House vote.
To distract voters from Trump’s multiple legal problems, House Republicans are launching an impeachment inquiry into President Biden. A White House spokesperson said, “McCarthy is being told by Marjorie Taylor Greene to do impeachment, or else she’ll shut down the government. Opening impeachment despite zero evidence of wrongdoing by POTUS is simply red meat for the extreme rightwing so they can keep baselessly attacking him.”
Trump's Political Theater
All eyes will be on Georgia as Judge rules that the Trump's racketeering and election interference criminal trial will be streamed live.
Donald Trump's attacks against Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis are dividing the Georgia Republican Party leadership. Trump's MAGA supporters are threatening political violence unless the DA is impeached for bringing 13 criminal charges against Trump. Meanwhile, Gov. Brian Kemp slammed his fellow Republicans for wanting to remove Willis as “political theater that only inflames the emotions of the moment.”
Rudy Giuliani Exposed as a Racist Liar
A federal judge has ruled that Rudy Giuliani is legally liable for spreading racist lies about two black election workers who became the target of conspiracy theories and death threats.
Sometimes, bad things happen to bad people. For the last 30 years, Rudy Giuliani has been accused of pedaling racist election lies and conspiracy theories. In 2020, Giuliani was a leading architect and front man for Trump's Big Lie and is facing criminal indictments for trying to overturn the election. Now, a federal judge has ruled that Giuliani must pay damages for baselessly accusing two black election workers of "passing around USB ports as if they are vials of heroin or cocaine."
March 4 Justice
Trump's federal criminal trial for election interference is set for March 4, 2024, adding to an already full calendar of 7 trials in the next 9 months.

Trump is a Criminal Target—Again.
After a weekend vowing to prosecute his enemies, Trump announced that he is the target of federal prosecutors investigating the January 6 Insurrection.
Trump and his GOP enablers are failing to intimidate federal and state prosecutors with threats of vengeance and retribution. Trump has already been indicted by two separate grand juries and is likely to be indicted in two additional courts for attempting to overturn the 2020 election. Trump's target letter is further proof that prosecutors have the evidence to indict Trump in federal court, and the Georgia Supreme Court unanimously rejected Trump's attempt to block prosecution by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
Insane, Ludicrous, and Absurd
For six hours, Jim Jordan and House Republicans attacked Trump's appointed FBI Director Christopher Wray with conspiracy theories, threats, and accusations of political bias.
Once the party of law and order, Republicans are now threatening to defund the FBI in an attempt to defend Trump for his mishandling of classified documents and for attempting to overturn the 2020 elections. A lifelong Republican, FBI director characterized GOP conspiracy theories that the FBI orchestrated the January 6 Attack on the Capitol and is unfairly targeting conservatives as “Insane,” “Ludicrous,” and “Absurd.”
Caught on Camera
The search warrant authorizing the search of Trump's residence lists video evidence that his indicted valet moved boxes in order to hide classified documents from Trump's own attorney and the FBI.
As the evidence mounts on Trump's efforts to obstruct justice and his refusal to turn over federal documents, the special prosecutor has been targeting Trump's lawyers Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis and John Eastman for conspiring to overturn the 2020 election. It has also been recently revealed that Trump's senior advisor Mike Roman and former lawyer Rudy Giuliani are cooperating with federal prosecutors.
Caught on Tape
The former President was recorded telling members of his staff about classified documents that he took after his term about a military offensive on Iran.
Trump just cannot seem to stop confessing to his crimes on tape. This conversation, which originally occurred in 2021, clearly lays out Trump's line of thinking and his obvious disregard for the law. In the tape, Trump confessed to not only knowingly taking the classified documents after the end of his term, but still deliberately showing "secret information" to staffers who didn't have the clearance. Then, he again brags about how he could have declassified it as president, but not anymore.
Supreme Hypocrisy
Republican leaders attack the FBI and DOJ for investigating Trump's crimes and ignore the obvious ethics violations of conservative Supreme Court justices.
Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas failed to disclose luxury gifts from GOP billionaire donors while Republican leaders make unsupported accusations against President Biden. The evidence Donald Trump committed crimes is overwhelming, but, instead, Republicans choose to investigate the FBI. Rep. George Santos is under multiple criminal indictments, but House Republicans vote to censure Rep. Adam Schiff in revenge for the House impeachment of Trump.
Trump Indictment Unsealed
“The purpose of the conspiracy was for Trump to keep classified documents he had taken with him from the White House and to hide and conceal them from a federal grand jury.”
Special Counsel Jack Smith, unsealed a detailed 49 page indictment that incriminates Trump using his own words from public statements, text messages, and voice recordings. The 38 count indictment is as follows:
Counts 1-31: Willful Retention of National Defense Information
Count 32: Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice
Count 33: Withholding a Document or Record
Count 34: Corruptly Concealing a Document or Record
Count 35: Concealing a Document in a Federal Investigation
Count 36: Scheme to Conceal
Counts 37: False Statements and Representations
Trump Indicted—Again!
Trump has been ordered to surrender to a Federal court on Tuesday to answer for illegally retaining more than 300 classified documents.
A federal grand jury in Florida has indicted Trump on seven charges, including the Espionage Act making false statements and conspiracy, obstruction of an official proceeding. The evidence against Trump is compelling, including federal agents discovering over 150 sensitive documents from his Florida home at Mar-a-Lago and a voice recording at Trump's club at Bedminster, N.J. where the former president knowingly shared classified documents and can be heard bragging that, “As president, I could have declassified them, now I can’t.”
Trump Flooded by Legal Problems
A suspicious flood at Mar-a-Lago is further evidence that Trump may be guilty of obstruction of justice.
Two months after the FBI seized classified documents from Trump's residence at Mar-a-Lago, critical surveillance footage of moving classified documents was lost when an employee "suspiciously" flooded the server room. This convenient flood is further evidence that Trump, his employees, and even his lawyers may be guilty of obstructing the DOJ investigation into Trump's handling of classified documents. Especially in politics, the cover up can be worse than the crime.
